Abstract

This is the product of an investigation, which studies the relationship between citizen participation and electronic portals in the case of the Government of Nariño, Colombia 2017-2018, within the new development schemes of current democracies.
The main objective is to establish the possibility of citizen participation based on the design of the electronic portal of the government of Nariño, with the specific objectives of identifying the regulations and characterizing the strategies that the portal incorporates.
This document follows a descriptive methodological design based on data collection techniques: document analysis and the characterization of the electronic portal of the Government of Nariño.
Among the results presented in the article is that the design of the electronic portal of the government of Nariño is built based on a quantity of information and data stored by the different agencies, regarding the public management processes they carry out daily.
