This article aims to analyze the labor conflict developed in the workplace during the last civil-military dictatorship that occurred in Argentina. The moment chosen between March 1976 and December 1977 aims to analyze the modes of resistance and organization in the workplace during the moments of greatest repression by the military government. The analysis is based on 345 labor conflicts corresponding to a portion of the territory currently inserted in the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires.
