The subnational international policy of the Province of Buenos Aires between 2011-2019: changes and continuities during the governorships of Daniel Scioli and María Eugenia Vidal

The main aim of this paper is to carry out an analysis of the international participation of a subnational actor of relevant weight such as the Province of Buenos Aires (Argentina), during the term in office of Daniel Scioli (2011-2015) and María Eugenia Vidal (2015- 2019) as governor.
In this way, the article seeks to contribute to the topic and delve deeper into the international politics of the Argentine provinces in contemporary periods. In this case, the paper tries to investigate the changes and continuities that were acquired in the Province of Buenos Aires and in administrations with different characteristics, in relation to the topics addressed, guidelines followed and the tools used to achieve them. To do this, the case study methodology and bibliographic and digital document analysis are used.
