Resumen

El objeto de este trabajo es examinar la cuestión de las diferencias y similitudes en el tratamiento legislativo expuesto por Filón de Alejandría en De Specialibus Legibus, a partir del debate abierto por los investigadores modernos en torno a las fuentes de la legislación filónica y, en especial, a la influencia recibida por la prohibición del robo bía kaÁ¬ phanerÁ´s de De Specialibus Legibus IV 2. Con este propósito, intentaremos 1) revisar las interpretaciones de los eruditos sobre la cuestión de las diferencias y similitudes entre De Specialibus Legibus y las tradiciones palestinas y grecorromanas; 2) estudiar esta cuestión en las discusiones de la ley sobre la prohibición del robo bía kaÁ¬ phanerÁ´s; 3) proponer una interpretación de esta ley en relación con la problemátia de la recaudación de impuestos en Egipto romano de P. Lond. 3 1171 verso (c) y De Specialibus Legibus II 92-95 y III 159-163.

    Paola Druille es Doctora en Letras (Orientación Estudios Clásicos) y Licenciada en Letras. Se desempeña como Profesora Adjunta a cargo de Lengua y Literatura Griegas (Clásicas) en la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas de la Universidad Nacional de La Pampa. Desde febrero hasta agosto de 2021, trabajó para el Center for Hellenic Studies (CHS) de Harvard University en el Open Greek and Latin Project (OGLP), para la edición de obras clásicas de Perseus Digital Library. Es Investigadora Adjunta de CONICET, e Investigadora del Instituto Interdisciplinario de Estudios Americanos y Europeos (IDEAE, UNLPam, Argentina). Es Directora del Proyecto de Investigación “La codificación de la ley en los tratados legislativos de Filón de Alejandría” (PICT Res. 401-19, 2019). Desde el 2009, es colaboradora permanente en el Proyecto Internacional Philo Hispanicus dirigido por el Dr. José Pablo Martín y la Dra. Marta Alesso y dedicado a la traducción, con estudios introductorios y notas, de las Obras Completas de Filón de Alejandría (ed. Trotta, Madrid, España). Es Coordinadora del Equipo Internacional de Trabajo sobre Filón de Alejandría, nucleado en https://filonalejandria.com/. Es Miembro Permanente del Grupo de Trabajo sobre Derecho Griego Arcaico y Clásico y sus Proyecciones (DEGRIAC) del Instituto de Investigaciones de Historia del Derecho.
