APOSTILLA SOBRE EL TÉRMINO “ESTADO” Y SOBRE EL BINOMIO “ESTADO Y SOCIEDAD CIVIL”

Abstract

En esta breve nota se defiende la validez del uso del término “Estado” para designar a la comunidad política y, tras haber comentado la distinción entre comunidad y sociedad, se analiza críticamente la antinomia entre “Estado y sociedad civil”.
