The arguments in favor and against religious education in Salta at the hearings held at the Supreme Court

Abstract

The public hearings called by the Supreme Court in the case in which the constitutionality of the norms that regulate religious education in the public schools of Salta (Constitution and Law Nº 7.645) are finished. And while we await the judgment of the Court, we can make a balance of the issues left by this interesting and important institutional debate.
