Abstract

The article deals with the legal changes in the new Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Republic: the concept of end of the life and his consequences within many juridical relationships; legislation about presumed death and forced disappearance of persons; previsions about human corpse; and the new legal framework for cemeteries and tombs.
