Regarding the religious education in Salta’s publics schools

Abstract

The commentary analyzes three relevant topics on the problematic raised in the province of Salta about a law that establishes the possibility of religious education in public schools of primary level according to the convictions of the parents. First, the importance of a real approximation to the facts of the litigation; second, the current regulations applicable to the case and, thirdly, the model of positive secularity as the constitutional basis for Salta’s law.
