Abstract

The author makes a glossing Book V of the Nicomachean Ethics taking into account the context of the work and its chronology. It dwells particularly on the concepts of Justice, Law, To dikaion, Injustice, Equality and Virtue with intent to approach as close as possible to the thought of Aristotle. Also it makes comparisons between such concepts and modern thought, showing the conceptual distance between the two periods
