Abstract

The text presents a brief analysis of the legitimacy of the judges of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in accordance with the provisions of the Convention and the Statute of the Court. Then make a tour on cases which in the opinion of the States Parties to the American Convention on Human Rights, or the victims or their representatives have questioned the legitimacy
