The author offers some reflections on the well-known question of the relation between Moral and Law. He concludes with the question: what should the jurist do when making the rules? Finding five topics: the first two deal with the passage of Moral content to Law, two others deal with the situation of the moral from the legal perspective, and the fifth on the influence of extrajudicial moral on the legal issues as a political perspective.Downloads
