Political and Legislative context of upbringing in Colombia: A Psychological Reflection

Abstract

The present essay proposes an approach to the current political and legislative situation in Colombia and internationally that frames child rearing. As is often the case with most topics, if they are not adequately contextualized, the hegemonic way of seeing and explaining phenomena continues to be legitimized. It is the political and legislative conditions that give rise to a new conceptualization of children and adolescents that allow for a deep reflection on child rearing.
