Ortega y Gasset visits Argentina three times and always taught courses at the University of Buenos Aires. On each of these occasions, he anticipated the Argentine audience the best of his philosophical production, not only to share the most current lines of European thought but also to exhibit some of his most famous works, for example, his texts on the revolt of the masses. However, he can never get a university professorship in our country.
