Abstract

I am interested in studying how laws are applied, in this case the education law of the province of Buenos Aires. I chose to do it with examples of government officials. I study their examples of government officials. I study their reports and articles in official publications because they give an account of the legal mandates, the impossibilities of their compliance and the problems that their application entails, in many circumstances. I am particularly entails, in many circumstances. I am particularly interested in showing how quickly the common education law of 1875 is questioned in the same government efforts of the Directorate of Schools of the province of Buenos Aires.
