Abstract

This article attempts to show the legal and political scenario open with the sanction of law on Political Rights of Women in 1947. Between them, the mechanisms that the state gave with the enrollment of women and clothing their identity documents; the sanction of the legislation according to the women’s vote in the provinces in order to preserve the spirit of national law; and the Law of Political Parties Statutes. The political aspects revealed changes and adjustments of the female branch that made up the party and the appearance on the scene of some provincial First Ladies. All these issues are discussed in the light of the incessant metamorphosis acquired by Eva Perón, first lady changing a popular leader.
