Doctrina partidaria y formulación del derecho en la Argentina peronista
Abstract
In this work -based upon the idea that the Peronist partisan doctrine, apart from being used as propaganda in favour of the regime and contributingto consolidate the government’s actions, has also been used as a “guide” forthe modification of Argentine reality- we analyze the influence of said doctrineupon the formulation of Argentine law during the first terms of Juan Domin-go Perón’s government (1946-1955). Thus, and through the comparison ofdocuments of that time, we analyze in deep the scope and chacarteristics ofsuch influence on the enactment and construction of national legal rules.
