Abstract

The emergency of the nationalistic movement of the brothers Humala placed in the context of weakening of the Peruvian system of parties, which fragility was born Alberto Fujimori’s presidency. It is a question of a political hybrid constituted from diverse fragments. This work tries to check the type of inserted offer in the original political project Humalista, called by your ideologists “etnocacerismo”. I postulate that it represents a new joint between the traditional identity of aboriginal – half-caste resistance, which ideal one rests in the fulfi llment milenarista of the Andean Utopia across the reconstruction of the Tahuantinsuyu, and the version radicalizada of the national pretorian populism that represented the government of Velasco Alvarado, and that it was completed partly by the renewed paper of the Fuerzas Armadas during the regime fujimorista.
