The article analyses Herri Batasuna's stance towards the 1982 Organic Law on the Reintegration and Improvement of the Foral Regime of Navarra (LORAFNA), emphasizing its significance in the Basque-Navarrese political and social context. As a manifestation of the Basque Left, Herri Batasuna faced challenges regarding Navarra's deeper integration into the Spanish autonomous system. The article examines their arguments, strategies, and actions within the historical and ideological framework. The research aims to comprehend the political and social dynamics of this period, thereby contributing to the understanding of the regional political landscape.
