Abstract

Dr. Moyano Llerena believed that the understanding of the Argentinean context depends of an
historical analysis from the time of the most important economic growth until the time where
the Argentinean stagnation that extends to these days. During all his work, he has tried to
explain the causes of stagnation as nation and he has tried to give some guidelines to reverse
poverty in Argentina. As a human poverty award he highlights the low productivity of Argentinean industries and a structural inflationary process caused in both cases by the inability of different governments to not being pressed by some power groups. Furthermore, Dr.
Moyano Llerena highlights the strength of unions and he called this disability the ideology of
populism. Also, within the guidelines proposed in his work, he find measures related to industrial productivity growth, openness of the economy and industrial exports and the reduction or elimination of inflation as a structural process in place in Argentina from of mid-century XX.
