Resumen

 The author analyzes the connection between Natural Law and Positive Law in the sources of Judaism according to the study of Rabbi Novak. At the same time it makes a comparison with the Classical Tradition in this area, especially with the thought of Thomas Aquinas and the ideas on Natural Law in the Australian philosopher John Finnis
