The Discernment of the Signs of the Times in the People of God. A reading from the Fundamental Pastoral Theology

Resumo

The study frames the discernment of the signs of the times in fundamental pastoral theology. Its purpose is to go deeper in the factors that facilitate and hamper the participation of People of God in this task in order to the mission. To achieve this aim, the text relates the subject to the constituent elements of the pastoral work and focuses on the conditions of possibility that different pastoral models offer for the discernment of the signs. Finally, it makes some proposals for pastoral theology and pastoral animation of the People of God.
