Abstract

The legal industry has always been known for relying on tradition and resisting change. However, recent advances in artificial intelligence (AI) technology are beginning to disrupt the legal landscape, changing the way law firms and legal departments work. The purpose of this study is to clarify the question of how artificial intelligence can be used to improve the efficiency and speed of judicial processes; analyze examples of successful implementation of artificial intelligence systems in the legal field; analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the use of AI in justice; studying the issue of accessibility and justice in the context of the use of AI in justice. Such research can be important as it offers an in-depth understanding and analysis of new technologies in the context of legal challenges and can be useful for developing effective strategies for the implementation of artificial intelligence in the legal field.
