De objetos sonoros y locos navegantes. A propósito de Bosco: jardín al compás del deseo de Pablo Cetta
Keywords:
PINTURA; MUSICA; ARTE; COMPOSICION MUSICALAbstract
This paper outlines two different ways of linking music and painting. Following the old idea of mimesis, it will firstly think the encounter through a subject argument; arts get involved with each other when one is taken as a subject of the other. Secondly, it will propose an encounter through the products and compositive practices the arts develop. Some characters of electroacoustic music composition enable new ways of approaching to painting. Taking as a starting point Pablo Cetta’s “Bosco, jardín al compas del deseo” (1991), this paper will show how the music can take painting as a program and also how music is treated in Bosco’s triptych. And, furthermore, it will illustrate how electroacoustic music and painting can get involved in a procedural mode.
