Abstract

The purpose of the article is to show how the Argentine Navy, on behalf of the argentine government of President Julio A. Roca, create and maintain de Sub delegations of Marine in Patagonia, as an act of suzerainty presence in the Coast of the Southern Atlantic and in order to help occupation and colonization, not only as agencies of maritime police.
