Abstract

The international situation in 1913 to 1914 with the Balcan’s War and the beggining of the WWI, causes in Argentina a working class crisis, which specially afects the normal life conditions of the Spanish inmigrants because of the saturation of the laboral offer and the argentine government protectionist policy.
